How will AI phone ordering work?+
A customer calls your restaurant, the AI answers, helps them place an order from your menu, confirms the details, and sends the order into your RizqNow ordering flow.
What happens if the AI cannot handle a call?+
The call should be handed off to a real person when needed. Questions like complaints, allergies, or anything outside the normal ordering flow should not be forced through the AI.
Can customers order in their own language?+
That is part of the plan. AI Phone Ordering is being designed to understand and take orders in multiple customer languages, so people can order in the language they are most comfortable speaking.
How is this different from a phone bot that only sends a link?+
The goal is to take the order on the call, not simply text the customer a link. The order should connect to the same customer, ordering, loyalty, and marketing system you already use in RizqNow.
