Our story

Helping halal businesses grow — and helping create the next ones.

RizqNow started with a problem I lived personally: halal customers needed better access, local businesses needed better tools, and delivery drivers deserved a model that did not treat them like the disposable part of the order.

Where it startedThree problems that were really one broken system.

It started behind the wheel

I saw the problem from the driver's seat.

Before RizqNow, I spent time driving for delivery marketplaces. Restaurants could give up a large share of the value of an order while drivers still struggled to earn consistently and depended heavily on tips.

For me, there was another problem. As a Muslim, I wanted the income I earned to align with my faith. I contacted delivery platforms and asked whether my account could be filtered so I only received halal deliveries. Nothing changed.

Rejecting orders could lower my acceptance rate and reduce the opportunities I saw. But accepting every order was not an option I was comfortable with. At times, those apps were one of the few ways I had to earn while still needing to provide for my family.

The driver is not just a cost. They are part of the customer experience — and a person trying to provide for a family.

RizqNow started from the belief that the system should adapt to people — not force people to compromise in order to participate.

The customer sideHalal products existed. Getting to them was often the hard part.

The customer problem

Access should not be the hardest part of buying halal.

I knew the customer side personally too. At one point, the closest place I could buy the halal groceries and freshly butchered meat I wanted was a long bus journey away. Then I had a son, and even a simple grocery trip became harder to plan.

Large supermarkets do not always carry the same fresh halal products local butcher shops and grocery stores provide. Yet many of those local businesses still had no delivery, no online ordering, or no digital experience that matched the quality of what they sold.

The products were there. The customers were there. The infrastructure connecting them was weak.

HasDelivery

The first answer was a halal marketplace.

That led to HasDelivery: a halal-focused marketplace and delivery network connecting customers with restaurants, grocery stores, butcher shops, bakeries, cafés, and other halal businesses.

We built it differently. The goal was not to take another large cut from the merchant. It was to make halal products easier to access and create delivery work that could better align with a driver's principles.

HasDelivery

Bring halal businesses into one marketplace.

Make halal products easier to find and deliver without adding another heavy merchant cut.

What the market taught us

The merchant already owns the trust.

The stronger model was to build the technology around the business's own brand and customers.

The realization

The business already had the trust.

Getting customers to adopt another marketplace was difficult. Meanwhile, the businesses we wanted to help already had something much more valuable: customers who knew them, trusted them, and wanted to buy from them.

We realized the answer was not to pull those customers into our marketplace. It was to help the business serve its own customers better.

The customer relationship should belong to the business that earned it.

Their website should carry their name. Their ordering experience should carry their brand. Their app should build loyalty to them. Their customer data should help them build the next relationship.

The shiftFrom sending customers to a marketplace to strengthening the merchant's own brand.

That became RizqNow

A website alone was not enough.

A business can have a beautiful website and still be hard to find. It can take online orders and still have no system for bringing customers back. It can collect reviews and still have no idea what its market is doing or where it is losing opportunities.

RizqNow is built around the whole customer journey — and around the intelligence a local business needs to keep improving it.

1

Get discovered

Website, SEO, listings, reviews, and local visibility.

2

Get the order

Direct ordering, menu, app, smart upsells, catering, and delivery.

3

Bring them back

Loyalty, customer data, campaigns, and direct customer relationships.

4

Keep improving

Grading, market intelligence, competitors, reporting, and growth opportunities.

Built for the whole network

For the business

Own the customer relationship. Your website, app, ordering, customer list, and loyalty should strengthen your business — not somebody else's marketplace.

For the customer

Make halal easier to discover, order, receive, and return to — from businesses they already know and trust.

For the driver

When RizqNow provides the driver, the delivery fee paid by the customer goes to the driver. We do not deliberately reduce driver pay to create another margin layer.

Why halal commerce matters

How money is earned matters.

RizqNow is focused on halal businesses because halal commerce affects the whole transaction: what the customer buys, what the business sells, and what the driver earns from delivering it.

We want more of that money circulating through local businesses, workers, and families — strengthening the ecosystem around them.

Where this goes

We want to help create the next halal businesses too.

There are entire cuisines and categories with little or no halal supply in many cities. That means the next great halal restaurant, bakery, café, grocery store, or specialty food business may not exist yet.

Maybe its future owner is driving deliveries today. Maybe they are cooking from home. Maybe they have an idea but do not know how to build the website, take orders, reach customers, run delivery, or bring people back.

Our long-term ambition is to make that journey easier — so more people can move from earning within the halal economy to owning businesses within it.

The bigger mission

A stronger halal economy, built one business at a time.

More halal businesses create more choice for customers. More customers create more demand. More demand creates more work. And over time, more workers can become owners themselves. That is the ecosystem RizqNow is being built for.
